  • Verify internet speed (http://www.speedtest.net), aiming for over 15 Mbps, tested 4 to 5 times.
  • Often, issues resolve by restarting your modem/router or resetting it for 1 minute.
  • Contact your internet provider if speed issues persist.

If your device is connected via WIFI:

B. Check WIFI Signal Strength: Assess WIFI network strength displayed in percentage. If below 99%, adjust modem settings or consider upgrading to a stronger modem.

There’s no need for a factory reset with LiveTv Pro Box. Our innovative technology automatically cleans your box’s memory, ensuring smooth operation without the hassle of manual resets.

All our boxes comes with 1-year hardware warranty. For all warranty claims, the box will need to be sent to us for investigation and repair. We will repair or replace your box. Please allow for 5 working days for repair from when we receive the box. The customer will pay postage to us and we will take care of the return postage. The warranty for remote is for 1 month only.
